The most important results of the study that females are more commonly used for smart phones, as well as the existence of a positive relationship between the inverse statistically significant use of smart phones and the rate of school for students and the use of smart phones has a negative impact on the academic achievement of the students. So Parents should follow up their children because the children stay in their homes is no longer enough to protect them and immunized from negative variables form in which it was the case for previous generations, it may be son in his room and in the thought of parents that safety away from what may be suffered by the cons out of the house while he is browsing social networking sites. This paper features the modeling and design of a pole placement and output Feedback control technique for the Active Vibration Control (AVC) of a smart flexible cantilever beam for a Single Input Single Output (SISO) case. This study was conducted from February 2010 to December 2010. Water Samples were collected every two months in three stations in Baghdad city. The study involved the assessment of concentrations of some heavy metals such as: Chromium, Cadmium, Copper, Iron, Lead, Manganese, Nickel and Zinc. the values of chromium were undetected for the entire of the study, while the rest of the heavy metal were ranged between 0.001 -0.438 mg / l, ND -0.077 mg / L, ND -0.778 mg / l, 0.36 - 0.011 mg / l, 0.011-0 .08mg/ l, ND - 0.1985 mg / l, ND -0.0416 mg / l, respectively.
