Recent trends in home economics teaching methods
...Show More Authors

Interest in the teaching profession is one of the most important steps on the road to education reform to develop the quality of education is not only through the teacher's professional competencies required, interest in the teaching profession in any society stems from fingerprints left by the teacher on his behavior and morals and their minds and their personalities. Today we are going to provide scientific, technical and research is enormous, we need more powerful skills and ways of thinking that must be acquired by the teacher. The current search is gaining importance in terms of:

  1. This is the first of its kind on the researcher's knowledge _ which deals with the modern trends in the teaching of home economics, the researcher hopes that fills a gap in the educational field and utilized in other studies serve the domestic economy materials
  2. Improving teaching quality by highlighting the strategy may be unknown to many teachers, and highlighted motivation may help to try and benefit from advantages. the researcher presented in chapter third some creative teaching strategies that the students experience and research results have shown their effectiveness in raising academic achievement for students.

Data Mining Methods for Extracting Rumors Using Social Analysis Tools
...Show More Authors

Rumors are typically described as remarks whose true value is unknown. A rumor on social media has the potential to spread erroneous information to a large group of individuals. Those false facts will influence decision-making in a variety of societies. In online social media, where enormous amounts of information are simply distributed over a large network of sources with unverified authority, detecting rumors is critical. This research proposes that rumor detection be done using Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools as well as six distinct Machine Learning (ML) methods (Nave Bayes (NB), random forest (RF), K-nearest neighbor (KNN), Logistic Regression (LR), Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD) and Decision Tree (

Effective Computational Methods for Solving the Jeffery-Hamel Flow Problem
...Show More Authors

In this paper, the effective computational method (ECM) based on the standard monomial polynomial has been implemented to solve the nonlinear Jeffery-Hamel flow problem. Moreover, novel effective computational methods have been developed and suggested in this study by suitable base functions, namely Chebyshev, Bernstein, Legendre, and Hermite polynomials. The utilization of the base functions converts the nonlinear problem to a nonlinear algebraic system of equations, which is then resolved using the Mathematica®12 program. The development of effective computational methods (D-ECM) has been applied to solve the nonlinear Jeffery-Hamel flow problem, then a comparison between the methods has been shown. Furthermore, the maximum

Processing of Polymers Stress Relaxation Curves Using Machine Learning Methods
...Show More Authors

Currently, one of the topical areas of application of machine learning methods is the prediction of material characteristics. The aim of this work is to develop machine learning models for determining the rheological properties of polymers from experimental stress relaxation curves. The paper presents an overview of the main directions of metaheuristic approaches (local search, evolutionary algorithms) to solving combinatorial optimization problems. Metaheuristic algorithms for solving some important combinatorial optimization problems are described, with special emphasis on the construction of decision trees. A comparative analysis of algorithms for solving the regression problem in CatBoost Regressor has been carried out. The object of

Employing Phytoremediation Methods to Extract Heavy Metals from Polluted Soils
...Show More Authors

The phytoremediation technique has become very efficient for treating soil contaminated with heavy metals. In this study, a pot experiment was conducted where the Dodonaea plant (known as hops) was grown, and soil previously contaminated with metals (Zn, Ni, Cd) was added at concentrations 100, 50, 0 mg·kg-1 for Ni and Zn, and at concentrations of 0, 5, 10 mg·kg-1 for cadmium. Irrigation was done within the limits of the field capacity of the soil. Cadmium, nickel and zinc was estimated in the soil to find out the capacity of plants to the absorption of heavy and contaminated metals by using bioconcentration factors (BCFs), bioaccumulation coefficient (BAC) and translocation factor (TF). Additionally, BCF values of both Ni and Zn were l

Covid-19 Prediction using Machine Learning Methods: An Article Review
...Show More Authors

The COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated new methods for controlling the spread of the virus, and machine learning (ML) holds promise in this regard. Our study aims to explore the latest ML algorithms utilized for COVID-19 prediction, with a focus on their potential to optimize decision-making and resource allocation during peak periods of the pandemic. Our review stands out from others as it concentrates primarily on ML methods for disease prediction. To conduct this scoping review, we performed a Google Scholar literature search using "COVID-19," "prediction," and "machine learning" as keywords, with a custom range from 2020 to 2022. Of the 99 articles that were screened for eligibility, we selected 20 for the final review. Our system

Permeability Estimation by Using the Modified and Conventional FZI Methods
...Show More Authors

There many methods for estimation of permeability. In this Paper, permeability has been estimated by two methods. The conventional and modified methods are used to calculate flow zone indicator (FZI). The hydraulic flow unit (HU) was identified by FZI technique. This technique is effective in predicting the permeability in un-cored intervals/wells. HU is related with FZI and rock quality index (RQI). All available cores from 7 wells (Su -4, Su -5, Su -7, Su -8, Su -9, Su -12, and Su -14) were used to be database for HU classification. The plot of probability cumulative of FZI is used. The plot of core-derived probability FZI for both modified and conventional method which indicates 4 Hu (A, B, C and D) for Nahr Umr forma

Image Georeferencing using Artificial Neural Network Compared with Classical Methods
...Show More Authors

Georeferencing process is one of the most important prerequisites for various geomatics applications; for example, photogrammetry, laser scan analysis, remotely sensing, spatial and descriptive data collection, and others. Georeferencing mostly involves the transformation of coordinates obtained from images that are inhomogeneous due to accuracy differences. The georeferencing depends on image resolution and accuracy level of measurements of reference points ground coordinates.  Accordingly, this study discusses the subject of coordinate’s transformation from the image to the global coordinates system (WGS84) to find a suitable method that provides more accurate results. In this study, the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method wa
