تم الحصول على 4 عزلات من بكتريا Bacillus sp ودرست قدرتها على انتاج الكايتنيز حيث اظهرت نتائج الغربلة الكمية ان العزلة Bacillu sp A3 هي الاغزر انتاجا وبلغت الفعالية النوعية 3.8وحده/ملغم بروتين.
