This research has targeted four aims related to the social morals of university students in terms of psychological aspect and Islamic field; they had been achieved as follow:

1. It had been sought in the social morals concept in Islam in relation to the Holy Quran and Hadith sources.
2. The study aimed to know the degree of availability of integrated preparation criteria in the Arabic Teacher training Program in Syrian universities from the viewpoint of university students of the Educational qualification diploma, and the degree of availability of these standards in the outputs of the preparation program.
