Abstract: In Class III malocclusion it is not easy to plan a combined orthodontic-surgical therapy or treatment with modern orthodontic methods alone. The aim of this study was to quantify the dento-alveolar compensation during puberty and adulthood for patients having moderate-severe skeletal class III malocclusion and to assess their treatment requirements. True lateral radiographs have been taken for 24 adolescent and 30 adult Iraqi orthodontic patients, followed by their cephalometric analysis. Bacterial meningitis is a leading cause of illness and death worldwide. It is crucial for clinical and public health care, as well as disease control, to identify the meningitis-causing agent promptly. Between June 2021-February 2022, a total of 100 cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and blood samples were collected from suspected cases of meningitis admitted to Raparin Paediatric Teaching Hospital, Erbil city-Iraq. As a result of this operation the surface temperature is increased rapidly due to the difference in speed between the driving and driven parts. The influence of the thickness of frictional facing on the distribution of the contact pressure of the multi-disc clutches has been investigated using a numerical approach (the finite element method). The analysis of contact problem has been carried out for a multiple disc dry clutch (piston, clutch discs, separators and pressure plate).
