For the purpose of achieving the objectives of this study, the researcher adopted on the scale prepared by researchers Alazerjaoa and Kazem 2010
The researcher found that the efficiency of teaching the professors of the University of Tikrit enjoys a good level, but it was not to be of high quality, as the researcher found that there were no differences in university professors values depending on the variable sex while there were differences in the assessment of the evaluation process depending on the variable of specialization and in favor of Specialization scientific

The twelve samples of agricultural soils from four regions in Al-Najaf governorate with sampling plant with soil. Physical properties of the soil where studied, such as electrical conductivity ranged from (136.33-1070.00)μS/cm-3, and moisture which ranged between the values (0.39-36.48)%. The samples were dried and milled, then sulfated polysaccharides were extracted with hot water at 90°C precipitated with absolute ethanol, dialysed and lyophilized. The chemical composition was total sugars 56.4%, protein 1.3% and sulfur 19.7%. Antioxidation activity of sulfated polysaccharides was studied by four method and included estimation of ability of scavenging hydroxylated radicals, the results showed an increased in ability with increasing concentrations.
