This study aims to investigate the academic leaders’ perceptions towards the degree of availability of the dimensions of organizational immunity systems at the University of Tabuk, as well as to reveal the statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample members about the degree of availability of these dimensions at their university due to the variables of (gender, leadership position, and college specialization). To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive survey method was used. The study population consisted of (200) male and female leaders who were academic leaders at the University of Tabuk. The current study aims to examine the experience of female students with disabilities who studying in university in kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To this end, the researcher used semi-structured interview as an instrument to collect the study data which regards as one of the descriptive approach tools. The sample comprised (12) disabled-female students from multidiscipline within both college of arts and college of education. To analyze the collected data, the author utilized a thematic analysis method following six steps as stated by (Braun and Clark, 2006). The research aims to know the relation between positive thinking and self academic motivation, trend towards teaching profession. So a sample of (344) male and female student of the morning study of education colleges from the two universities of Baghdad and al Mustansria for the academic year 2012-2013.
