This study aimed to identify the educational leadership in the light of my theory xy and its relationship to the morale of the managers of the junior high school as the study population consisted of directors of junior high school in the city of Baghdad of six directorates education for the academic year 2013-2014 AD The number of managers (211) as director, and amounted to a sample Search of (150) director and director of the research community overall rate (71%) and represent this community fully representative sample, two tools were used in the study: the first measure of educational leadership in the light of my theory xy and the second tool to gauge morale.

This study was designed to look for certain biochemical markers(serum uric acid and serum peroxynitrite) in women presented with obesity and to compare the level of these markers with non-obese women. A total number of 63 women were recruited from outpatients and private clinics to admit in this study. The patients were grouped into non obese women (Group I) and obese women (Group II). The anthropometric and blood pressure were determined and venous blood was obtained from each patient for determination of C-reactive protein, uric acid and peroxynitrite. Through this research, We have tried to evaluate the health programs and their effectiveness in improving the health situation through a study of the health institutions reality in Baghdad to identify the main reasons that affect the increase in maternal mortality by using two regression models, "Poisson's Regression Model" and "Hierarchical Poisson's Regression Model". And the study of that indicator (deaths) was through a comparison between the estimation methods of the used models.
