Risk-taking Behavior and It's Relationship to Job Satisfaction Among Workers in the Emergency Program in UNRWA in Gaza Governorates
...Show More Authors

This research aims to find out the relationship of risk behavior & job satisfaction for workers in the emergency program in the international relief agency (UNRWA) in the Gaza Strip and the level of each of them, and to achieve that we have been conducting research on the strength of "210" sample employees of the emergency program staff in the international relief agency in Gaza governorates, and try to answer the research questions the researcher through the use of measurements of risk behavior and job satisfaction are two of the researcher, The researcher has used several statistical methods to identify the validity and reliability of scales and access to research and interpretations of the results, and these methods: the mean, standard deviation and relative weight, Pearson correlation coefficient, test "t", scheffe test, variance and variance analysis bilateral analysis test (2 × 2), results showed that the level of risk-taking behavior is located at the average level of relative weight (68.5%), and job satisfaction level is at a good level relative weight (73.5%) among respondents, as well as the presence of a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and risk taking behavior in general, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of risk-taking behavior is attributable to gender, educational qualification, the nature of the profession, the workplace, and to maintain, and the lack of statistically significant differences in the level of risk-taking behavior attributed to marital status, years of experience, and the lack of statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction differences career due to the variable gender, marital status, educational qualification, years of experience and the workplace, and the presence of significant differences in the level of job satisfaction differences due to the variable nature of the profession, the province, and the presence of the effect statistically significant interaction between gender "male, female" job satisfaction "low , high "after the distinctive capabilities of personal risk, while the results did not show statistically significant impact indicative of the rest of the dimensions of the total degree of risk taking behavior have, And the existence of the effect statistically significant interaction between qualification and job satisfaction "low, high," a motivated risk, while the results did not show significant influential statistically for the rest of the overall dimensions and the degree of risk taking behavior they have, and the presence of the effect statistically significant interaction between the nature of the profession and job satisfaction "low, high "Just risk decision-making, while the results did not show significant influential statistically for the rest of dimensions and the total score for the behavior of the risk they have, and the presence of the effect statistically significant interaction between the workplace and job satisfaction" low, high, "the dimensions accept the risk, and the motives of the risk, while not shown Results statistically significant effect on the rest of the dimensions of the total degree of risk taking behavior.

Using the Elzaki decomposition method to solve nonlinear fractional differential equations with the Caputo-Fabrizio fractional operator
...Show More Authors

The techniques of fractional calculus are applied successfully in many branches of science and engineering, one of the techniques is the Elzaki Adomian decomposition method (EADM), which researchers did not study with the fractional derivative of Caputo Fabrizio. This work aims to study the Elzaki Adomian decomposition method (EADM) to solve fractional differential equations with the Caputo-Fabrizio derivative. We presented the algorithm of this method with the CF operator and discussed its convergence by using the method of the Cauchy series then, the method has applied to solve Burger, heat-like, and, couped Burger equations with the Caputo -Fabrizio operator. To conclude the method was convergent and effective for solving this type of

Using Texture Analysis Image Processing Technique to Study the Effect of Microwave Plasma on the Living Tissue
...Show More Authors

The present study is a hybrid method of studying the effect of plasma on the living tissue by using the image processing technique. This research explains the effect of microwave plasma on the DNA cell using the comet score application, texture analysis image processing and the effect of microwave plasma on the liver using texture analysis image processing. The study was applied on the mice cells. The exposure to the plasma is done by dividing the mice for four groups, each group includes four mice (control group, 20, 50, 90 second exposure to microwave plasma). The exposure to microwave plasma was done with voltage 175v and gas flow on 2 with room temperature; the statistical features are obtained from the comet score images and the textur

Changes of the susceptibility of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria to the local therapeutic agent by using Nitrogen laser
...Show More Authors

This study involves the investigation of the effect of nitrogen laser with 337.1 nm wavelength on the sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria by using local therapeutic due to burns. Thirty six isolate of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria were isolated from 25 patients suffering from sever burns, each isolate of bacteria was irradiated with nitrogen laser at (5, 10, 15 and 30) pulses/second repetition rates for 1, 5, 10, 20 and 30 minutes for each repetition rate. The effects of nitrogen laser on the local therapeutics sensitivity of bacteria were obtained using Kirby Baur method. Changes in the sensitivity of bacteria to local therapeutics (Tetracyclin, Chloramphenicol, Flumizin and Fucidin) occur at high repetition rate(30 pulses/seco

Building a three-dimensional maritime transport model to find the best solution by using the heuristic algorithm
...Show More Authors

The aim of this research is to construct a three-dimensional maritime transport model to transport nonhomogeneous goods (k) and different transport modes (v) from their sources (i) to their destinations (j), while limiting the optimum quantities v ijk x to be transported at the lowest possible cost v ijk c and time v ijk t using the heuristic algorithm, Transport problems have been widely studied in computer science and process research and are one of the main problems of transport problems that are usually used to reduce the cost or times of transport of goods with a number of sources and a number of destinations and by means of transport to meet the conditions of supply and demand. Transport models are a key tool in logistics an

Modeling Absolute Deviations Method by using Numerical Methods to measure the dispersion of the proposal for error
...Show More Authors

Is in this research review of the way minimum absolute deviations values based on linear programming method to estimate the parameters of simple linear regression model and give an overview of this model. We were modeling method deviations of the absolute values proposed using a scale of dispersion and composition of a simple linear regression model based on the proposed measure. Object of the work is to find the capabilities of not affected by abnormal values by using numerical method and at the lowest possible recurrence.

In this research we present An idea of setting up same split plots experiments in many locations and many periods by Latin Square Design. This cases represents a modest contribution in area of design and analysis of experiments. we had written (theoretically)  the general plans, the mathematical models for these experiments, and finding the derivations of EMS for each component (source) of sources of variation of the analysis of variance tables which uses for the statistical analysis for these expirements

Electron Microscope Study of Human Cerebral Cortex (Left Superior Temporal Gyrus), in Different Age Groups and Gender Electron Microscope Study of Human Cerebral Cortex (Left Superior Temporal Gyrus), in Different Age Groups and Gender
...Show More Authors

Human cerebral cortex is the outer folded neuronal layer and represents major part of the cerebrum with enormous functions. It is a laminar structure, easily visualized grossly. Previous studies showed that the Superior Temporal gyrus is one of the thickest cerebral cortex regions, reaching (about 4 mm). The Electron microscope study was made on 6 samples taken to measure the neuronal soma dimension of the large pyramidal cells present in the internal pyramidal cortical layer V in different age groups and gender. Aging process was obvious on the large pyramidal cells of the cerebral cortex, in which their neuronal soma dimensions showed shrinkage with age progression. But statistically there was no differences in the values between males an
