Valsinogravea appeared to express a description and identification of existing in the theatrical space of lighting and decorative structure architecture, and the lighting of the elements that have contributed since ancient times in the process of the show, and played a significant role in strengthening the relationship between the recipient and actor and presentation theater as a whole scenes, working to broadcast a dramatic speech theatrical holds ideas and content and symbols and semantics affect the spectator of different age, particularly the child viewer, that little spectator who represent the lighting in the presentations for him Almargb incentive does the viewer and gives it vibrant and attractive. Hence the researcher adopted put his studies (lighting in children's theater) .
This paper aims to explain the effect of the taxes policy including direct & indirect taxes on supporting the domestic Investment in Iraq. This could help the official planners for drawing the future policies that help provoking (istumlating) the domestic investment in Iraq the quantitative analysis approach was adopted using regression model. The results showed the significance of the effects of both direct & indirect taxes policies on domestic as a simple correlation coefficient ( r ) of ( 0.6 ) , ( 0.64 ) respectively.
