The research aimed at revealing the relation between Independency and The
Concept of self of The Children Who have Working and not Working Mothers,
and to accomplish the aim of the research, the researcher built two measures, the
first was to measure Independency and the second was to measure Concept of self
. after Appling them on the sample of the research which consists of Children
(males and females ) Working and not Working Mothers . the following result
appeared :
 The difference in the degrees of independency was in favor of the males
who have working mothers and the females who have not Working Mothers .

The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . One hundred and ninety four lecturers were involved in this study. In order to achieve the study's aims, the scale of (Baron& Wagele 1994) was used to measure the nine personality types (The Enneagram) that was translated by( Anwar Omar Ibrahim 2012). The aim of the present study is to identify the level of prosoical behavior of Baghdad University's students and to recognize the differences between male and female students. Moreover, it also aims to identify the level of openness to experience for these students. A random sample of (123) students has been selected; 77 males and 46 females.
