This study aimed to IQ test standardization of Marten Lother Johan which used with childreen of the tow  stage at primary schools who aged (7) years old in Baghdad (Resafaa and Kharh).

 The importance of this study are :

1-The  importance of childhood and its role to develop the personality.

2-The importance of this age as the child will exposure to different kind of official teaching .

In this paper we study the selection of cognitive elements and criteria of the inflectional structure of the Russian and Arabic languages in the process of speech communication. Phonetic-physiological principle is the main parameter by which the elements and criteria of cognitive activity in the presented study are distinguished. The study aimed to examine the phonological processing profile for students with and without reading disabilities in cycle 1 schools of basic education in the Governorate of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The study participants included 306 students, 165 students with reading disabilities and 141 students without reading disabilities. The Comprehensive Test of Phonological Processing (CTOPP) and Working Memory Test (WMT) were administered to the participants.
