The objective of this research to identify the level of job satisfaction among lecturers Iraqi universities on the Law of University Service has determined the research community in the teaching staff or lecturers University (Baghdad, Mustansiriya, Technology, Al-Nahrean) were selected the same of them with a volume of (400) teaching (male and female) to complete the research has been prepared to identify composed of (49) items distributed on four axes and Search Results indicated that the level of job satisfaction among the teaching Iraqi university courses on the law of service is characterized by the presence of positive and job satisfaction and the law in general. 

The research aims to identify the correlation between self-reliance and human relationship of kindergartens’ teachers. Total of (120) kindergarten teachers at Baghdad city. To collect needed data, two scales were administered to the research sample consisted of (25) items of each scale with (five) alternatives. The results revealed that teachers have good level of self-reliance and human relationship. There is a positive correlation between self-reliance and human relationship.

This stage reflects a turning point towards the necessary autonomy for the growth of normal in adulthood that needs the ego growth from his point of view to pass eight consecutive stages of the individual faces in each particular crisis. The goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between optimism and life orientation for a subject of female students in the collage of education for women including the first and fourth stage students ,the sample contained (319) students ,(153)of them were a first stagers ,(166) of them were at the fourth stage.

The scale of optimism was built according to a questionnaire pointed to a sample of the students, adding to that reviewing a number of previous scales & studies which was about the same topic.

Individual cannot live alone due to to his need for others to facilitate His supplies for living, thus social affiliation is considered one of the most important psychological, social needs in individuals life through his willing to affiliate to others whether they were friends ,family, colleague , or even home to reach some degree of  psychological stability.

       Affiliation is a tool to search for Satiate through living with group from the same type or comply for group or to be compatible with them or even to be adherent and accept what the group agreed about of criterion.
