اسباب ومشكلات رسوب الطلبة وكيفية معالجتها

(اسباب ومشكلات رسوب الطلبة وكيفية معالجتها) هدف البحث : يهدف البحث الحالي الى : أ.التعرف على اسباب ومشكلات رسوب الطلبة في المدارس الابتدائية والثانوية . ب.التعرف على كيفية ايجاد المعالجات التي من شأنها تقليل رسوب الطلبة في هذه المراحل . حدود البحث : تحدد البحث الحالي : أ‌. الدراسات التي تناولت المشكلة وكيفية معالجتها . ب‌. الادبيات التي ركزت على مفهوم الرسوب وعملية معالجتها . ت‌. السنة الدراسية 2014 - 2015 تحديد المصطلحات : تحدد البحث بـ :- 1-الرسوب , 2-الطلاب الراسبون , 3-اسباب الرسوب اما الفصل الثاني فقد تضمن مبحثين , معرفة اسباب ومشكلات رسوب الطلبة والعوامل المؤدية لها . والمبحث الثاني فقد تضمن الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت مشكلة رسوب الطلبة . والفصل الثالث تضمن الاجابة على اهداف البحث المنوه اليها في الفصل الاول . وقد جاء البحث بأهم الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات منها : 1. الاهمال في متابعة الدروس ومذاكرتها . 2. الضعف التراكمي للمادة . 3. كثرة الاختبارات والامتحانات مما يؤدي الى زيادة العبء على الطلبة . 4. ضعف الدافعية لدى الطلبة بسبب تكديس وتكرار الموضوعات وكثافة المادة الدراسية اما اهم التوصيات والمقترحات التي جاء بها البحث فهي : 1. اعادة النظر بالمناهج التعليمية العامة وخاصة من حيث التطوير والتحسين والتبسيط . 2. زيادة وعي اولياء الامور بأهمية توثيق العلاقة مع ابناءهم وتفهم مشاكلهم . 3. تكثيف دورات التنمية المهنية للمعلمين والمدرسين حول طرائق التدريس واساليبها . 4. ايجاد برامج تهدف الى تطوير الذات والابتعاد عن برامج التسلية الهابطة .

Predictability of Burnout in perceived self-competence among Mothers of Students with Disabilities at Sultanate of Oman

The current study aims to identify the predictability of burnout in perceived self-competence among mothers of students with disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consists of (484) respondents who were mothers of students with disabilities. The researcher developed a burnout Scale which consists of (19) items and a perceived self-competence Scale which consists of (20) items. A correlation descriptive design was used. The results showed that the level of burnout was low (Mean= 2.30), while the level of burnout was high (Mean= 3.87).
