The relationship between the dimensions of learning for Marzanumethods in crisis management for kindergartenteachers . The current research Is defined by : 1.the governmentkindergarten related to the six educationdirectordes in Baghdad city both side (Al Karakh and Al rosafa). 2. In the measurement objectives of the current research after the application of the to the sample and analysis of their responses statistically using Ttest onesamples and Pearson correlation coefficient and the research conclue the following results: 1. Iraqi EFL college instructors, who supervise the teaching practice of EFL student teachers, commonly experience the inefficient teaching performance of prospective teachers. This inefficiency is usually due to their inability to make connections between the practical experience and the theoretical knowledge of TEFL.
