     من المشاكل الشائعة والمألوفة بين طلبتنا هي قلق الامتحان، ذلك القلق الذي يبقى طبيعيا مادام في مستواه الطبيعي وهو يختلف من طالب الى آخر في صور ظهوره المختلفة فقد يبدو واضح الأعراض لدى بعض الطلبة؛ فقد يؤثر على تذكرهم للمادة العلمية أو الإجابة على بعض الأسئلة أو يؤثر على تركيزهم وتشتت انتباههم وتفكيرهم والتوتر وسرعة الانفعال. The great scientific evolution and the expansion of the demands of life, especially in the field of architectural design make human's need increased to use his abilities and all possibilities in active way to have a main role in this progress. To achieve his role in this progression which is can not be achieved and accomplished only by depending on  the mental capacity including intelligence spatial / visual, which is one of the branches of the theory of multiple intelligences. The study aims at knowing the relationship between retirement problems and psychological flexibility, besides identifying the difference of retirement problems and psychological flexibility due to the wok place variable and sex variable.

The study sample consists of 250 registered retirees in both associations of the government and the UNRWA. The researcher had prepared and used a retirement problems scale and  a psychological flexibility scale. The study findings show the following:
