The settlement rate and pore water pressure dissipation rate are mainly controlled by the permeability of soil. Both laboratory and field tests show that the permeability is varied during the loading and consolidation process. It is known that consolidation process is accompanied by decrease in void ratio which leads to decrease in the coefficient of permeability. It is emphasized that each of these groups is relatively independent; the cut line between them is fuzzy and arbitrary. The study showed that Imam Said bin Jubair narrated in the transcriber and copied, which took most of the ink of the nation Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them), which amounted to fourteen novels.
The study also pointed out that the science of transcriber and copied is from the science of the Koran, which can only prove by the novel and the correct transmission of the Prophet Muhammad .
