Research summed up as follows: Quranic personalities, as a source of learning resources, the researcher explained through it, Quranic personal importance, in terms of moral and educational values, or in terms of the lesson and sermon, and the nature of these characters through the values of good and evil. The second chapter: the Quranic personalities that are good in terms of: (view verses own personality, definition, interpretation of the verses, personal characteristics, and notes on personal features). The third chapter: sinister characters in terms of: (View verses of personality, character definition, interpretation of the verses, features and notes). The fourth chapter: dealt with educational values and lessons learned lesson and sermon, (Education). The fifth chapter: findings and recommendations, and a summary of Research in the Arabic language, and abstract in English.
Graph is a tool that can be used to simplify and solve network problems. Domination is a typical network problem that graph theory is well suited for. A subset of nodes in any network is called dominating if every node is contained in this subset, or is connected to a node in it via an edge. Because of the importance of domination in different areas, variant types of domination have been introduced according to the purpose they are used for. In this paper, two domination parameters the first is the restrained and the second is secure domination have been chosn. Education specialists have differed about determining the best ways to detect the
talented. Since the appearance of the mental and psychological measurement movement, some
scholars adopted intelligence ratios as a criterion to identify the talented and others went to
rely on the degree of academic achievement. Each of these two methods has its own flaws and
mistakes and a large number of talented children were victims of these two methods.
Therefore the need to use other scales for the purpose of detection of talented children

This research includes a study of the ability of Iraqi porcelanite rocks powder to remove the basic Safranine dye from its aqueous process by adsorption. The experiments were carried out at 298Kelvin in order to determine the effect of the starting concentration for Safranin dye, mixing time, pH, and the effect of ionic Strength. The good conditions were perfect for safranine dye adsorption was performed when0.0200g from that adsorbed particles and the removal max percentage was found be 96.86% at 9 mg/L , 20 minutes adsorption time and at PH=8 and in 298 K.
