Research summed up as follows: Quranic personalities, as a source of learning resources, the researcher explained through it, Quranic personal importance, in terms of moral and educational values, or in terms of the lesson and sermon, and the nature of these characters through the values of good and evil. The first chapter: Definition of research: (the importance of research, the research problem, the goal of the research, the limits of the research, research methodology, the definition of terms). The second chapter: the Quranic personalities that are good in terms of: (view verses own personality, definition, interpretation of the verses, personal characteristics, and notes on personal features). The third chapter: sinister characters in terms of: (View verses of personality, character definition, interpretation of the verses, features and notes). The fourth chapter: dealt with educational values and lessons learned lesson and sermon, (Education). The fifth chapter: findings and recommendations, and a summary of Research in the Arabic language, and abstract in English.

This study was conducted to prepare protein concentrates from AL-Zahdidate’s pits by using alkaline methods where the chemical composition of the pits were (7.30, 1.04, 5.80, 8.68 and 77.19) % for each of the moisture, ash, protein, fat and carbohydrates respectively and the chemical composition of the concentrate protein was (6.62, 4.10, 26.70, 0.93, and 58.65) % respectively. The content of protein concentrate from the metallic elements (144.07, 25.11, 15.02, 0.49, 0.59, 0.27, 0.22 and 234.6) mg/ 100 g each of potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc and phosphorus respectively. The results showed that the highest degradation rate 94.66% was recorded by Ulocladium sp. at 10 days and A. niger recorded the lowest degradation rate 45.86%, while at 20 days Ulocladium sp. also showed the highest degradation rate 94.98% and the lowest degradation rate reached to 82.49% with A.niger. The mix (Exerohilum sp.+Ulocladium sp.) recorded the highest degradation rate of oxymatrine insecticide 90.22%, 88.51%, 85.34% at 4, 8 and 12 ppm.The use of mixed isolates enhanced the biodegradation process.
