Research summed up as follows: Quranic personalities, as a source of learning resources, the researcher explained through it, Quranic personal importance, in terms of moral and educational values, or in terms of the lesson and sermon, and the nature of these characters through the values of good and evil. The first chapter: Definition of research: (the importance of research, the research problem, the goal of the research, the limits of the research, research methodology, the definition of terms). The second chapter: the Quranic personalities that are good in terms of: (view verses own personality, definition, interpretation of the verses, personal characteristics, and notes on personal features). The third chapter: sinister characters in terms of: (View verses of personality, character definition, interpretation of the verses, features and notes). The fourth chapter: dealt with educational values and lessons learned lesson and sermon, (Education). The fifth chapter: findings and recommendations, and a summary of Research in the Arabic language, and abstract in English.

Most universities in the world are largely committed to creating credible and transparent admission standards that provide justice in admission and have the ability to predict students' performance in their chosen programs. Hence, this study aimed to reveal the predictive ability of the acceptance criteria for the level of performance of master's students in the College of Education at Sultan Qaboos University. In this research, an experimental study was conducted to high light the impact of the exterior shape of a cylindrical body on the forced and free convection heat transfer coefficients when the body is hold in the entrance of an air duct. The impact of changing the body location within the air duct and the air speed are also demonstrated. The cylinders were manufactured with circular, triangular and square sections of copper for its high thermal conductivity with appropriate dimensions, while maintaining the surface area of all shapes to be the same. The study focuses on the problem that Iraq is approaching an increasing rate of literacy;the available data refers to a rate of (18% -19%). In addition to the fact that the generalcurrent role of the programs directed to literacy is not actually effective enough to limit the expansion of this rate.
The importance of this study highlights the fact that the Iraqi universities are an important tributary among the tributaries of human development, especially in spreading the education of the voluntary work in literacy field and confirming the connection between the students and their society and their role in solving one of the prominent challenges that face the development, i.e., literacy.
