Research summed up as follows: Quranic personalities, as a source of learning resources, the researcher explained through it, Quranic personal importance, in terms of moral and educational values, or in terms of the lesson and sermon, and the nature of these characters through the values of good and evil. The first chapter: Definition of research: (the importance of research, the research problem, the goal of the research, the limits of the research, research methodology, the definition of terms). The second chapter: the Quranic personalities that are good in terms of: (view verses own personality, definition, interpretation of the verses, personal characteristics, and notes on personal features). The third chapter: sinister characters in terms of: (View verses of personality, character definition, interpretation of the verses, features and notes). The fourth chapter: dealt with educational values and lessons learned lesson and sermon, (Education). The fifth chapter: findings and recommendations, and a summary of Research in the Arabic language, and abstract in English.

In this research, the influence of the fermentation treatments and baking in Iraqi’s flour type (Ibaa 99, Al-rashed, Tamus, Abu-grabe) and Turkish flour type (Muaamel) on phytic acid was investigated. In whole wheat flour, the phytic acid was (1500, 1290, 1450, 1230, 1440 ( mg/ 100 g flour respectively, and the inorganic phosphorous was (29.18, 25.15, 23.89, 20.85, 22.83) mg/100 g flour respectively. The dough prepared from flour with a higher phytic acid content also contained higher amount of phytic acid. During fermentation, degradation of phytic acid occurred. In this paper, simulation study of the frequency shift of photonic bandgaps due to refractive index scaling using liquids filled hollow-core photonic crystal fibers is presented. Different liquids (distilled water, n-hexane, methanol, ethanol and acetone) are used to fill the cladding of 2 types of hollow core photonic crystal fibers (HC19-1060, HC7-1060). These liquids are used to change the effective index scaling and index contrast of the cladding. This research concerns study the crack growth in the wall of pipes made of low carbon steel under the impact load and using the effect of hygrothermal (rate of moisture 50% and 50℃ temperature). The environmental conditions were controlled using high accuracy digital control with sensors. The pipe have a crack already. The test was performed and on two type of specimens, one have length of 100cm and other have length 50cm.
