Research summed up as follows: Quranic personalities, as a source of learning resources, the researcher explained through it, Quranic personal importance, in terms of moral and educational values, or in terms of the lesson and sermon, and the nature of these characters through the values of good and evil. The first chapter: Definition of research: (the importance of research, the research problem, the goal of the research, the limits of the research, research methodology, the definition of terms). The second chapter: the Quranic personalities that are good in terms of: (view verses own personality, definition, interpretation of the verses, personal characteristics, and notes on personal features). The third chapter: sinister characters in terms of: (View verses of personality, character definition, interpretation of the verses, features and notes). The fourth chapter: dealt with educational values and lessons learned lesson and sermon, (Education). The fifth chapter: findings and recommendations, and a summary of Research in the Arabic language, and abstract in English.
Food fortification has an important and necessary role in compensating for the shortage of nutritional micronutrients, especially in developing and least developed countries. So, 12 samples of flour available in the local market, whether imported or locally produced flour, were obtained during 2019. The two parameters of Exponential-Rayleigh distribution were estimated using the maximum likelihood estimation method (MLE) for progressively censoring data. To find estimated values for these two scale parameters using real data for COVID-19 which was taken from the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment, AL-Karkh General Hospital. Then the Chi-square test was utilized to determine if the sample (data) corresponded with the Exponential-Rayleigh distribution (ER).
