The current study aims to identify the introspective awareness of the study sample, as well as to identify the introspective awareness of the study sample in terms of gender. The researcher adopted the viewpoint of Mehling (2002) as a theoretical framework for Introspective awareness. A sample of (239) male students and (331) female students were chosen randomly from two universities (Baghdad University and Al- Mustansiriyah University). To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted a vulgar scale (Mehling, 2012), which in its final form consisted of (32) items distributed into eight domains. The current study is determined by University of Baghdad students of both genders (males and females) and for both majors (scientific and humanities) for the academic year (2019-2020).

In order to achieve the researcher's objectives:Ingratiating behavior scale has been constructed. It consists in its final form of (32) items divided into four behaviors. The researcher has extracted scale validity and reliability.

The researcher based the two scales

The research seeks to find the relationship between psychological flow and futuristic thinking among postgraduate students. To this end, the researchers have made up two scales: one scale to measure the psychological flow which consisted of (32) items and the other to measure the futuristic thinking included (39) items which were distributed into three domains. As to collect the required data, the two scales had applied on a sample comprised (200) postgraduate students. The findings revealed that there is a correlation between psychological flow and futuristic thinking. The researcher recommended the coming studies take the relationship between psychological flow and psychological happiness.

The current research aims to identify the occupational stresses of doctors who are working in governmental hospitals according to the variables of gender and career ranking. The researcher adopted a scale to measure the occupational stress of (1088) doctors (561 males and 527 females) working in governmental hospitals. The results have shown that doctors have a high level of professional stress, but there is no significant difference between doctors in terms of gender. However, there were significant differences in favor of novice residents.
