أثر برنامج التعبئة النفسية في مواجهة أحداث الحياة الضاغطة لدى طلاب المرحلة الاعدادية

The Stressful Life Events consider one of the important thing in humans life in different period of life even school period,   where it is deal with vital period of life which is the youth period that represent the hope and precious resources that nation depend on it in building her civilization, structure anddevelopment  ,they are part from the present and whole future .As the great effect of stressful life event on humans , increase the need to put a program about psyching-up which consider one of the modren and effective programs.The aim of current search:1.   Measure the level of stressful events at the junior high school  students.2.   Preparation of programs for psyching –up  in the face of Stressful Life Events at the junior high school students.

  1. Disclosurethe effect of psyching-up program in facing the stressful live event for high school students, and the piece is achieved

also been used with a pretest and posttest experimental design, where the sample of (208) students from the high school, and included research tools to prepare Stressful Life Events Scale were  isverified objective and psychometery characteristics also included the preparation of psyching-up program in accordance with the calculation the weighted average and weight percentile, and  identified the needs , issues, activities and strategies of the program according to Rutter's theory, the sample program consisted of 20 students from high school students, Who had degree less than the mean , and divided them in two groups, one experimental consist of  (10) students and control group consist of (10)students , the program consisted of (13) guidance sessions.The program display on a group of professional persons in education and psychology totest the sincerity of the program and data processing. Then rely on several statistical methods including:( Pearson correlation coefficient, chi square, T-test for two independent samples, T-test for one sample, analysis of variance , weight percentile score, mean and SPSS ). The current search get the following results: -·        The high school students have a sense  high to  Stressful Life event.·        There were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average degrees of control group students in the pre-test and post-test to stressful life event program.·        there is statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre-test and post-test events on the compressor when the application program scale.·        There is statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of students of the experimental group and the control group in the level of Stressful Life Events after the application program (post-test) in favor for experimental group.
