The research seeks to the organizational power of the kindergartens teachers, In order to achieve the research goal, the researcher built the organizational power measure, As forming its (45) items, it was ascertained the veracity a presentation to a group of experts, and it has proven its validity after some modifications, the number of items became (43). As well as the counting of discriminatory strength, it was shown that all items were distinctive and statistically significant, except the fifth item was not a significant, So was deleted from the measure, the number of its items became (42). As well as finding a relationship of item degree with the total degree. As well as finding the area relationship with other areas, and it was shown that there is a relevancy relationship high and positive. It was ascertained the stability of the measure in a method of retest, as the constancy coefficient reached (0.82). Increasing the application of alpha Cronbach equation, and it was found that the constancy coefficient equal to (0.80). And then apply the scale to a sample number is (300) teachers chosen randomly, the simple, research has come to the following results: 1. The kindergartens teachers to have organizational power. 2. There is no difference between teachers in the organizational power depending on yers of servis. 3. There is no difference between teachers in the organizational power depending on the social situation. Then the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals.
The aim of this research is to estimate the parameters of the linear regression model with errors following ARFIMA model by using wavelet method depending on maximum likelihood and approaching general least square as well as ordinary least square. We use the estimators in practical application on real data, which were the monthly data of Inflation and Dollar exchange rate obtained from the (CSO) Central Statistical organization for the period from 1/2005 to 12/2015. The results proved that (WML) was the most reliable and efficient from the other estimators, also the results provide that the changing of fractional difference parameter (d) doesn’t effect on the results.
This research considers the preservation of environment through recycling old toys. This is achieved by transforming the old toys into educational clothing accessories for kindergarten stages. The research methodology adapts both descriptive and applied approaches. The research questionnaire targeted a sample of 35 teachers to collect information about the waste toys in kindergarten. Also, another sample of 30 teachers and mothers were targeted to measure the suitability of the clothing designs for the early childhood stages. The current research aims to know the relationship between bullying and parental treatment. (200) pupils were selected randomly from the fifth and sixth grades of primary schools.
Two instruments were used. The first was to measure bullying and it included 19 items. To measure parental treatment, the researchers adopted (Aletaby 2001) scale.
Statistical analysis showed that correlation between bullying , wiggle and Firm treatment style was positive Statistically significant .Bulling was correlated negatively with (neglect, careless, and Authoritarian treatment style.
