And the researcher to a number of conclusions in the light of the results of the search, including: - 1. develop the skills of critical thinking skills and reflective thinking to the fifth grade in literary geographical material students through the use of strategy (learning cells). 2. This study aims to identify the reality of using electronic applications in teaching language skills to people with mild intellectual disabilities from the mothers’ perspective. A descriptive approach was used. This paper examines the impact of the organizational culture prevailing at the university center, Ali KafiTindouf, on the quality of the educational service provided by the university center Ali KafiTindouf from the point of view of the teachers of the center. The questionnaire method was used to determine the effect between the variables studied, by the distribution of 33 questionnaires on a random sample of the study community.
