The Current research aims to identify ( The effects of Daniel Model in Cognitive Motivation for the Students of the Third grade average ) , To verify the objective of this research , the researchers added nul hypothesis following : There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of ( 0.05 ) between the average scores of students who studied Daniel Model and the average students who studied by using traditional method in Cognitive Motivation scale. The research was conducted on a sample of the average Third grade students in a medium Al – sadiq Al – Ameen secretary for boys affiliated to the General Directorate for Educational in Baghdad Al – rusafa 2 and for academic year ( 2014 – 2015 ) , the researchers adopted a two Experimental design as research sample ( 55 ) students from the average Third grade students were Selected randomly by the division of A by ( 27 ) students stood to represent the control group , who studied by using traditional method and the Division B by ( 28 ) students groups to represent the Experimental group that studied Daniel Model and rewarded the two groups in the Variables (Students achievement in Physics second grade average, Chronological age in months , intelligence , in Cognitive Motivation ) , and has one of the researchers thought himself by the two groups in two servings per week for each group , was preparing Cognitive Motivation scale including ( 50 ) negative and positive items were verified face validity , by submitting it to a group of specialists , then applied on a prospective sample to calculated the discriminatory power of the item of the scale was calculated construct validity and factor validity have been confirmed persistence of the adoption equation alpha – cronbach reliability coefficient ( 0.89 ) as well as split – half reliability ( 0.83 ) and Test – retest reliability ( 0.90 ). Using simplest t – test with the two ends of the two independent sample were null hypothesis testing yielded results in terms of statistically test. There is a statistically significant difference between the average degree of the experimental group and the control group in the the Cognitive Motivation scale for the experimental group, In the results of researchers sees the need to : 1- A adoption specimen Daniel Mode in teaching physics and included in the curricula and teaching methods course in colleges of education . 2- Conduct similar studies in several stages of study materials and to know their impact on other variables.
The current study deals with estimating the protein concentration and the effect of fish weight on protein concentration values in red and white muscles in two different regions ( R1 : Anterior region lies 2 cm behind the head and R2: posterior region lies 2cm from caudal fin (in two types of bony fish, namely common carp (Cyprinus carpio) and Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims. Two parts have been done to achieve the research objective (theoretical part and practical part). The findings showed that the main types of the claims are extra work claims, different site condition claims, delay claims and the main causes of the claims are variation of the orders, design errors and omission, delay in payments by owner, variation in quantities and scheduling errors.
