The research aims to build an educational program - learning, according to the concepts of renewable energy and nanotechnology And knowledge of its impact on the technological enlightenment when the third phase students in the Department of Chemistry, and to verify the goal and put the researcher null hypothesis the following: No Statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying material nanotechnology and renewable energy program Altalima- learning and the average score for the control group of students who are studying the same article the usual way in technological enlightenment. The search was limited to the third row in the Department of Chemistry, College of Education, Science Pure students -bn Haytham for the academic year 2014-2015m, was preparing the content of scientific material to include renewable energy concepts and nanotechnology, with the two groups experimental design was chosen. The current study was conducted for studying the impact of cold plasma on the expression level of three genes that participate in the biosynthesis of the phenylpropanoid pathway in Ocimum basilicum. These studied genes were cinnamate 4-hydroxylase (c4h), 4-coumarate CoA ligase (4cl), and eugenol O-methyl transferase (eomt). Also, the cold plasma impact was studied on the essential oil components and their relation with the gene expression level. A study of non-diatom algal species composition in twelve sites from Greater Zab River path within
Erbil Province, was carried out from April 2021 to January 2022 with monthly sample collection in twelve studied sites. Among them site 4,5,6,7 and 9 are the first for algal study in this area. The 112 different species of algae belong to 33 genera, 25 families, 13 orders and 4 divisions have been identified. Biodiesel production from microalgae depends on the biomass and lipid production. Both biomass and lipid accumulation is controlled by several factors. The effect of various culture media (BG11, BBM, and Urea), nutrients stress [nitrogen (N), phosphorous (P), magnesium (Mg) and carbonate (CO3)] and gamma (γ) radiation on the growth and lipid accumulation of Dictyochloropsis splendida were investigated.
