The scientific and technological developments and their practical applications in all fields of life in general and in the education field in specific have led to the emergence of variables in the educational structure, teaching methods and in education in their modern form which is consistent in its entirety with    the spirit of the age. We today live the age of knowledge increase full of wide ranging scientific and technological developments. Thus life demands human capabilities of a special kind able to develop and innovate. This study aims at recognizing the levels of comprehension of the students of basic schools to the concepts of mathematical geometric and discovering the existing of the differences among students in the level of understanding of the concepts of mathematical geometrical which is due to the change of gender.

The sample of the study is the students of Basic schools, eight level in the basic school of Erbil city, particularly 7-8-and 9 levels in the academic year 2013-2014. The sample consists of 444 students in both genders238 males and 206 females.

The tool of the study is test sheet included 20 items of multiple choice.  The items are valid since are given to a jury of expert

This study has came as a result to discover on the references of the educational theories which leads the professors in the educational art departments in the Iraqi universities through knowing these ideological references indeed in an important slice of the society. This slice is: the members of professoriate. The study goal knows the ideological references to these theories for the professors in these departments.

The aim of the study is to investigate the extent to which the teachers of Islamic education and their teachers taught the technological innovations in the universities and to test the significance of the differences between the averages of the degree of practice according to the variables: gender, experience, scientific qualification, and educational stage.
