The study aims to explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on internet addiction among university students. The experimental method was used. The study population consisted of (100) university students (50 males, 50 females). The Research sample included (13) University students at Baghdad University addicted to the Internet (9 males, 4 females), divided into two groups: a control group consisting of (6) individuals (4 males, 2 females) and an experimental sample consisting of (6) individuals (4 males, 2 females). The Scale of Internet Addiction by Young (1996), which was translated and modified into the Arabic language by (Moegel and Prism, 2016), was administered to the study sample. The sample was subjected to two sessions per week that lasted for one month and a half, the time of each session was (45) minutes. The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group before and after applying the treatment program in favor of the post-measurement. Show MoreCarbides or nitrides thin films present materials with good mechanical properties for industrial applications as they can be coatings at low temperatures serve temperature sensitive surfaces. In this work the effect of the C percentage on the mechanical properties represented by the Young modulus (E) of combinatorial magnetron sputtered TiCx (34%x˂65%) has been studied. The structure of the produced films is TiC independent on the C concentration. The mechanical properties are increased with increasing the C concentration up to 50%, and then decreasing with further C % increasing. These results can be explained by considering the resultant residual stresses.
In this paper, a microcontroller-based electronic circuit have been designed and implemented for dental curing system using 8-bit MCS-51 microcontroller. Also a new control card is designed while considering advantages of microcontroller systems the time of curing was controlled automatically by preset values which were input from a push-button switch. An ignition based on PWM technique was used to reduce the high starting current needed for the halogen lamp. This paper and through the test result will show a good performance of the proposed system.

An adaptive nonlinear neural controller to reduce the nonlinear flutter in 2-D wing is proposed in the paper. The nonlinearities in the system come from the quasi steady aerodynamic model and torsional spring in pitch direction. Time domain simulations are used to examine the dynamic aero elastic instabilities of the system (e.g. the onset of flutter and limit cycle oscillation, LCO).
