The research endeavored to single out the problems, difficulties and obstacles faced by the members of the staff of Baghdad University. The importance of research, then, depends upon the importance of the university lecturers and their vital role in developing the society.  The goals of the research are summarized in knowing the main problems facing those university lectures and relative weight  of these problems in addition to identifying the differences in their opinions to these problems according to the specializations variables (scientific, humanistic), the gender (males, females) and the Scientific grade (professor, assistant professor, lecturer, assistant lecturer.

This research aims at identifying the communicative habits and content reflections on the communication process, especially the young audience which is one of the main group for whom the announcements are made. Arabic text categorization for pattern recognitions is challenging. We propose for the first time a novel holistic method based on clustering for classifying Arabic writer. The categorization is accomplished stage-wise. Firstly, these document images are sectioned into lines, words, and characters. This paper shows that there are few studies on errors and difficulties with unstressed pronouns in Spanish. Similarly, when consulting teaching methods, we find that the most consulted texts are ELE manuals. In this sense, the purpose of this paper is to verify the teaching proposal regarding unstressed pronouns in the ELE manuals most used at the Faculty of Languages - University of Baghdad, Iraq. It is urgently needed for ELE teachers in Iraq and students to obtain the most recent ELE manuals, as this will help them teach and learn about unstressed pronouns with texts that contain more didactic and engaging exercises. The current research aims to measure the level of mental fatigue among the teachers of the University of Baghdad, as well as to measure the significant differences according to the variable of mental fatigue in terms of male and female teachers, specialization (humanitarian, scientific), and title (professor, assistant professor, lecturer).
