Erbium, as optical probe, doped silicate sol-gel glass with
different Er concentrations was formed by wet chemical synthesis
method using ethanol, water and tetraethaylorthosilicate
[Si(OC2H5)4] precursor. Erbium ions were incorporated into silica
sol-gel matrix via dissolution of Erbium chloride solution into the
initial Si(OC2H5)4 precursor sol. Aluminum (Al) as a co-dopant was
added to the final precursor in the form of Aluminum chloride
(AlCl3) solution. The prepared samples were analyzed using atomic
absorption analysis, X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic tests. The
experimental results concerned with the transmission spectra suggest
that the final samples have a good transparency and homogeneity.

The effect of using grinded rocks of (quartzite and porcelanite) as powder of (10 and 20) % replacement by weight of cement for self-compacting concrete slabs was investigated in this study. Five slabs with 15 concrete cubes were tested experimentally at 28 days to study the compressive strength, ultimate load, ultimate deflection, ductility, crack load and steel strain. Polypyrrole (PPy) nanocomposites were prepared using chemical oxidation and were combined with manganese oxide (MnO2) nanoparticles. Forty eight isolates (41.02%) were obtained from 117 wound and burn samples. The isolates that showed high resistance for both antibiotic was two only that represent 4,1% from all isolates. The result of PCR product electrophoresis was referred that the gene is VIM gene. Lactose and raffinose showed double increasing in diameter of inhibition zone of imipenem with 1% that mean showed highest susceptibility that decreased with the concentration increasing, the same result were with meropenem. This study aimed to evaluate the sustainable efficiency and calculate the sustainable value, opportunity cost and revenue to cost of potato production farms in Baghdad Governorate. Data were collected from a random sample of 102 spring potato producers in Baghdad governorate for the year 2022, the value-added function was estimated using three levels: economic (seeds and space), and social (education level), while environmental represented by (residual and volatile of nitrogen). Effective resources were calculated to extract the sustainability value- SV appeared on an average of 18023.15 thousand Iraqi dinars.
