T he article deals with the linguistic, cultural, sociolinguistic, functional and stylistic characteristics of the translation of gluttonic discourse text structures within the framework of the Arabic-Russian combination, as well as with the difficulties encountered in interpretation and translation and related to different conditions under which speech is generated in Arabic and Russian-speaking areas.

The preparation and spectral characterization of complexes for Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Cd(II), Zn(II) and Hg(II) ions with new organic heterocyclic azo imidazole dye as ligand 2-[(2`-cyano phenyl) azo ]-4,5-diphenyl imidazole ) (2-CyBAI) were prepared by reacting a dizonium salt solution of 2-cyano aniline with 4,5-diphenyl imidazole in alkaline ethanolic solution .These complexes were characterized spectroscopically by infrared and electronic spectra along with elemental analysis‚ molar conductance and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The research aimed to demonstrate the role of accounting integration and green taxes in achieving sustainable development in the Iraqi oil sector. The research adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and was applied to a sample of (120) individuals specializing in the Ministry of Finance, the State Audit Bureau, and academic institutions, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research concluded that there is a significant correlation and impact between accounting integration, green taxes, and the dimensions of sustainable development.
