This paper provides taxonomy for classifying Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) implementation of ANNs. Background: Recent advancements in molecular techniques have identified over 450 genotypes of Human Papillomavirus (HPV), classified into low- and high-oncogenic risk categories.
