Nasryia oil field is located about 38 Km to the north-west of Nasryia city. The field was discovered in 1975 after doing seismic by Iraqi national oil company. Mishrif formation is a carbonate rock (Limestone and Dolomite) and its thickness reach to 170m. The main reservoir is the lower Mishrif (MB) layer which has medium permeability (3.5-100) md and good porosity (10-25) %. The present study is concerned with Biostratigraphy of the Early-Middle Miocene outcrops of Jeribe Formation in the Zurbatiyah area, Wasit Governorate, Eastern Iraq. Forty-two Samples collected from Shur Sharin and AL-Hashima outcrop sections. The fossil content is rich in large and small benthic foraminifera; Twenty-one species and genus are identified in this study, in addition to coral, gastropoda, pelecypoda, ostracoda, alge, echinoid and shell fragments. The influences of the Cu substitution at Hg site in the HgOd layer, upon the
microstructure, Tc and oxygen content of Hg-1223 have been investigated. High
temperature superconductor with a nominal composition Hg1-xCuxBa2Ca2Cu3O8 + δ for
Cu ( 0 £ x £ 0.5) have been prepared by the two-steps solid state reaction method
under optimum conditions. XRD showed a tetragonal structure with a high ratio of
Hg-1223 superconductor phase. Tc enhancement has been determined with the Cu
concentration was is found to be Tc = 153 K for x = 0.3, while the oxygen content
observed variously with Cu concentration. Hg1-xCuxBa2Ca2Cu3O8+δ structure, oxygen
content and Tc behavior have been discussed.

In this research we study the effect of UV radiation on pure PC samples and doped samples with plasticizer (DOP) for different exposure times (6, 12, 18, 24h). The study have been made on the change in the IR spectra causes by the UV radiation on both kinds of samples, besides the morphology changes were also studied by the optical microscope. From the results we conclude that the increasing of exposure causes the elaboration of CO₂ and C₂ gases.
