The research aims to identify the level of selective visual attention among students of the faculties of education at the University of Mosul. To achieve the goal of the research, the researchers chose a stratified random sample of students from the faculties of education at the University of Mosul for the academic year (2020-2021). The sample size was (652) students from the scientific and humanitarian specializations, the second and fourth stages. The researchers developed a test of multiple-choice to measure the selective visual attention, which consisted of (42) items. The results revealed that the students of the faculties of education for human sciences have an appropriate level of selective visual attention. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the selective visual attention among students of the faculties of education in favor of females. As for specialization, it was in favor of humanitarian specialization. There are no statistically significant differences between the students of the second and fourth stages. In the light of these results, the researchers came out with a number of conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions

This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in achieving educational and learning goals from the point of view of educational supervisors in the stage of basic education. The descriptive method was adopted. As for the sample size, it has reached (59) educational supervisors. A questionnaire consisting of 29 paragraphs divided into four areas was used. An experimental investigation of the variation of argon discharge current with a glow and afterglow time intervals of a square discharge voltage was carried out at low pressure (6-11 mbar). The discharge was created between two circular metal electrodes of diameter (7.5 cm), separated horizontally by a distance (10 cm) at the two ends of a Pyrex cylindrical tube. A composite of two Gaussian functions has been suggested to fit and explain the variation graphs clearly. The purpose of the current research is to identify the most important problems that primary school students suffer from inside and outside the classroom from the point of view of their teachers. A sample of (100) male and female teachers was chosen from the Rusafa\ second Directorate for the academic year (2018-2019).
