Educational and psychological adjustment considered to be one of the effective and serious matters at people dealings and behaviors. Generally, psychological adjustment reflects positively on an individual mental health and their capability to be creative at their field. In contrast to those people who lack this feature. As for educational adjustment, it refers to the compatibility and harmony between an individuals and people around. Thus, these features should be available among students particularly those who stay in students' hostel since they live far from their families. The findings of study revealed that there is Educational and psychological adjustment between male and female. Besides, significant differences were showed between male and female based on the outcomes.

Show MoreThis study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan. It suggested that the working banks in Jordan should establish database, and to create working teams.

Influence of combined square nozzle with helical tape inserted in a constant heat flux tube on heat transfer enhancement for turbulent airflow for Reynolds number ranging from 7000 to 14500 were investigated experimentally. Three different pitch ratios for square nozzle (PR = 5.8, 7.7 and 11.6) according to three different numbers of square nozzle (N = 3, 4 and 5) and constant pitch ratios for helical tape were used. The results observed that the Nusselt number and friction factor for combination with winglets were found to be up to 33.8 % and 21.4 %, respectively higher than nozzle alone for pitch ratio PR=5.8.
