The current study aims to investigate the second cycle students’ motives for using electronic games in Oman. The sample consisted of (570) students, (346 males and 224 females). The participants completed an open-ended question which was analyzed based on ground theory. The results showed that (46.820%) of the males and (77.678) of the females played electronic games for pleasure, entertainment, and fun. This first category of motivation got the highest percentage of frequency (58.947%). The motive to become a hacker, a popular YouTuber got the lowest percentage (2.280%). Other students’ motives toward playing electronic games included: filling the leisure time, overcoming boredom, feeling adventures, getting science fiction and challenges, developing mental skills, overcoming loneliness, learning new languages, providing movement, enthusiasm, pleasure & comfort, getting prizes, making friends and exchanging experience. The researchers recommended paying attention to the students’ motives toward electronic games and utilizing them in raising their motivation towards learning.
Ternary semiconductors AB5C8 (A = Cu/Ag, B = In and C = S, Se or Te) have been investigated. The CuIn5S8 and AgIn5S8 have been synthesize in cubic spinel structure with space group (Fd3m), whereas CuIn5Se8, AgIn5Se8, CuIn5Te8 and AgIn5Te8 have tetragonal structures with space group P-42m. The relaxed crystal geometry, electrical properties such as electronic band structure and optoelectronic properties are predicted by using full potential method in this work. For the determination of relaxed crystal geometry, the gradient approximation (PBE-GGA) is used. The effect of alcoholic extract (2%,4%, 12%) and the fruits aqueous extract (12%,15%,25%,35%) of Melia azedarach and actellic insecticide of 0.01 concentration were tested on the second instar larvae ofOryzaephilus surinamensis .The obtained resuls were reveated that the highest kill ratio 80% at the concentration 12% of the alchoholic extract and 85% of the aqueous extract this was reflected effect abstracts on low rate of age adult emerging of larve treated and low productivity

The aim of this study was to assess the nutritional status for samples at the age of 17-15 years. These samples were taken from secondary schools and universities in Baghdad area, 123 of them were male and 261 were female. Data on weight, height and body mass index (BMI) were determined in each individual. Smaller sample of 215 individuals (male and female) from the original sample was taken in order to record their nutritional behavior and daily food intake during the 24 hours prior to the visit through personal meeting using special questionnaire.
