Aim: is to report a case of trans-oral pin, penetrating base of skull and upper cervical region, which is rarely reported in the literatures and to compare it with other studies reporting similar case.
Patients Methods: the details, the presentation, both clinical and radiological finding, and surgical approach of such a case are presented.
Results: the diagnosis was verified with plain x-rays and C.T. scan with bone study. Surgery was conducted under G.A., the patient was recovered well without neurological deficit.
Conclusion: meticulous and close pre-operative care with safe operator and careful fellow up is mandatory. Surgery only offers the best chance of care.

      In this paper, we introduced module that satisfying strongly -condition modules and strongly -type modules as generalizations of t-extending. A module  is said strongly -condition if for every submodule of  has a complement which is fully invariant direct summand. A module   is said to be strongly -type modules if every t-closed submodule has a complement which is a fully invariant direct summand. Many characterizations for modules with strongly -condition for strongly -type module are given. Also many connections between these types of module and some related types of modules are investigated.

The biosorption of Pb (II), Cd (II), and Hg (II) from simulated aqueous solutions using baker’s yeast biomass was investigated. Batch type experiments were carried out to find the equilibrium isotherm data for each component (single, binary, and ternary), and the adsorption rate constants. Kinetics pseudo-first and second order rate models applied to the adsorption data to estimate the rate constant for each solute, the results showed that the Cd (II), Pb (II), and Hg (II) uptake process followed the pseudo-second order rate model with (R2) 0.963, 0.979, and 0.960 respectively. pneumoniae in asthma pathogenesis.
Patients and Methods: The detection of Anti-Chlamydia pneumoniae antibodies IgA, IgM and IgG in patients by ELISA, for 35 patients, 18 asthmatic patients, 12 patients with chest infection with no history of asthma, and 5 apparently healthy as control subjects.

134 samples of plants and animals wastes were taken from three different regions outside Baghdad and three different regions in Baghdad. 24 cellulolytic isolates fungi AO, C1, TH1, AN1, R1, TV, PG, AF, B1, L1, AP, TH, AP1, AN3, AO2, A, A1, C, F, AO1, C2, F1, CL and AP2 independent were chosen out of 48 selected fungi. The best optimal conditions for growth were 30ºC and pH 7.
