Background: Pilonidal sinus is a recurrence pathology that affects the gluteal area, cleft part of it.  It affects many parts but mainly the sacral area and may present with various forms; from the asymptomatic cyst to severe infection in a form of painful abscess or sinus. The treatment of pilonidal sinus ranges from observation with good hygiene to excision of the sinus left wide incision. Recurrence may follow the excisional procedure and may need more operations. Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of measuring reinforcement (regular - irregular) in gamification upon developing computer skills among secondary education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research experiment was applied on two samples of (68) secondary education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Aurar region. The results revealed there is a significant difference between the experimental group that used (irregular) reinforcement and the control group used (regular) reinforcement in gamification through the post-application of the electronic programming test and through the programming, language skills observing card (Visual Basic Studio).

The present research aims at identifying the effect of the cognitive discrepancy strategy on the fourth-stage students’ achievement in literature and texts. The researcher adopted the null hypothesis: there is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average grades of the experimental group who study literature and texts following the discrepancies strategy, and those who follow the traditional method.
