يهدف البحث الى تقديم استراتيجية مقترحة لشركة نفط الشمال ، وأخذت الاستراتيجية المقترحة بنظر الاعتبار الظروف البيئية المحيطة واعتمدت في صياغتها على اسس وخطوات علمية تتسم بالشمولية والواقعية ، اذ انها غطت الانشطة الرئيسية في الشركة (نشاط الانتاج والاستكشاف , نشاط التكرير والتصفية , التصدير ونقل النفط , نشاط البحث والتطوير , النشاط المالي , تقنية المعلومات , الموارد البشرية ) وقد اعتمد نموذج (David) في التحليل البيئي

The research concern about the conceptual framework of crisis in the strategic view has become to mean opportunity to change not threat only. The research explains the multi stages of crisis & its characteristics that are difference from catastrophe and disaster. We rely on two criteria of classification of crisis (predictability & influence possibilities). Also there are sub crises with the main crisis; the important one is the Maida Crisis which is related with the informational dimension & the Psychological Crisis which is related with the Human dimension or the victim management. The current research aimed to develop crises management strategy according to Islamic perspective based on model of ( Augustine, 1995).&

The study aims to measure the level of academic stress in the e-learning environment in three areas, students and their dealing with classmates, dealing with the professor and technical skills, and the nature and content of the curriculum among graduate students in the College of Education at King Khalid University during COVID-19 pandemic. Objectives. This study was carried out to quantitatively evaluate and compare the sealing ability of Endoflas by using differentobturation techniques. Materials and Methods. After 42 extracted primary maxillary incisors and canines were decoronated, theircanals were instrumented with K files of size ranging from #15 to #50. In accordance with the obturation technique, the sampleswere divided into three experimental groups, namely, group I: endodontic pressure syringe, group II: modified disposable syringe,and group III: reamer technique, and two control groups. Dye extraction method was used for leakage evaluation. Data wereanalyzed using one-way ANOVA and Dunnett’s T3 post hoc tests. The level of significance was set at p<0:05. Results.
