Abstract
The research aims to build a training program to develop some executive functions for kindergarten children. To achieve this goal, the two researchers built the program according to the following steps:
1. Determining the general objective of the program.
2. Determining the behavioral objectives of the program.
3. Determining the included content in the program.
4. Implementing the content of the activities of the program.
5. Evaluating the Program.
The program included (12) training activities, the training activities included several items: the title of the activity, the time of implementation of the activity, the general objective of the activity, the procedural behavioral objective, the means and tools used, the methods and techniques, the content, the implementation of the activity, and the evaluation.
This study specifically contributes to the urgent need for novel methods in Training of Trainers (ToT) programs which can be more effective and efficient through incorporation of AI tools. By exploring scenarios in which AI could be used to dramatically advance trainer preparation, knowledge-sharing, and skill-building across sectors, the research aims to understand the possibility. This study uses a mixed-methods approach, it surveys 500 trainers and conducts in-depth interviews with a further 50 ToT program directors across diverse industries to evaluate the impact of AI-enhanced ToT programs. nursing maternal and child health nursing / College of Nursing / University of Baghdad in obtaining scientific
information in practical training.
Methodology: A purposive sample of (100) Nursing college student - Maternal and Child Health Nursing

Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate anemia among lactating women and their children less than 2 years of
age.
Methodology: The study was done on (148) lactating mothers and their children under 2 years of age in the primary
health care center at AL-Salam Quarter/Baghdad from l/10/2009 to 15/10/2010.
Result: This study recommends that there is a significant relationship between anemic mothers and their children. The
