Pulmonary sequestration is a lung tissue (out of function), that received its blood supply from anomalous artery and not continuous with the tracheobronchial tree.

Aim:

To report a personal experience in dealing with five patients with pulmonary sequestration, due to anomalous arterial supply from the descending Thoracic Aorta ,ways of diagnosis and proper surgical management.

Background: Multiple myeloma is characterized by clonal expansion and accumulation of abnormal plasma cells in the bone marrow compartment. This study was conducted to determine the frequency and hematological presentation of multiple myeloma in Nanakaly Hospital in Erbil city.
patients and Methods: This descriptive retrospective study was carried out at Nanakaly Hospital over a period of six years from January 2007 to August 2012. A total of 109 patients who were diagnosed with multiple myeloma all were included to analyze the clinical and laboratory profiles. All patients were selected based on preset diagnostic criteria by the WHO.

     Playfair cipher is a substitution scheme. The classical playfair scheme has a limited matrix size  containing only uppercase letters, so it is prone to hackers and cryptanalysis. To increase the resistance of playfair cipher, a new encipherment and decipherment method is proposed in this work, which depends on the permutation and its inverse, respectively. In addition, a modified  key matrix is utilized, which includes capital and small Alphabets, numbers, and 38 special characters collected from ASCII codes. Fabrication of solar cell prepared by thermal spray and vacuum thermal evaporation method on silicon wafer(n-type) and studying its efficiency. The film have been deposited on three layers(ZnO then CdS and CdTe) on Si and glass respectively.Direct energy gap was calculated and equal to (4.3,3.4,3)eV and indirect energy gap equal to (3.5,2.5,1.5)eV respectively . Efficiency was calculated for the cell of area 2cm2 it was equal to 0.14%.

In this work, ugzri images of NGC 4425 galaxy are analyzed. The galaxy images are obtained from the seventh Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) Data Release (DR7). This work was performed with Image Reduction and Analysis Facility (IRAF) and analyzed the structure of the galaxy a bulge, a bar, together with isophotal contour maps and performed a bulge/disk decomposition of the galaxy image. Also, we have estimated the disk position angle, ellipticity, B4 and inclination of the galaxy.
