يعد الامن النفسي من الحاجات الاساسية اللازمة للنمو النفسي السليم لكل فرد، واذا ما اشبعها الانسان تهيأ لاشباع حاجاته النفسية والاجتماعية الاخرى. وتشتمل هذه الحاجة على تجنب الالم والتحرر من الخوف اياً كان مصدره والشعور بالطمأنينة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والجسمية والحصول على تقبل الاخرين ورضاهم، فضلاً عن تقبل الفرد لنفسه وقناعته ورضاه عنها.

The research aims to examine the relationship between psychological flow, psychological well-being, and self-management among a sample of fine artists in the Makkah region and its governorates. The research aims to identify the correlation between self-reliance and human relationship of kindergartens’ teachers. Total of (120) kindergarten teachers at Baghdad city. To collect needed data, two scales were administered to the research sample consisted of (25) items of each scale with (five) alternatives. The results revealed that teachers have good level of self-reliance and human relationship. There is a positive correlation between self-reliance and human relationship.

The study aimed to identify the awareness degree of teacher students in the department of Arabic language and their supervisors at Al-aqsa University for their future roles in the age of knowledge. To achieve this objective, descriptive- analytical approach was used. The instruments of this study were two questionnaires: first one consist of (20) item for teacher students, and the second consist of (27) item for educational supervisors which covered three roles: professional, technological, and humanitarian. The sample was (120) student selected randomly, and (39) supervisors of Arabic language. The result revealed that the mean of degree awareness of teacher students and their supervisors of future role are (3.857), (3.472) respectively
