Background: Stroke is an acute neurologic injury and represents the 2^nd leading cause of mortality worldwide, and also the most leading cause of acquired disability and morbidity in adults.

Objective: Effect and association between stroke and risk factors.

Type of the study: A retrospective study.

This research has been applied on 100 children (age 4 – 6 years) from three kindergartens distributed on basis of 43 children from the college of Education for women kindergarten (A) , 27 children from the governmental Al- Mustafa kindergarten (B) , and 30 children from the private Al – Baraom kindergarten (C) . The study aims to investigate the degree of student teachers at Sultan Qaboos University acquired skills in teaching Arabic via a virtual micro-teaching lab, as well as to reveal the difficulties they faced and their development proposals.
