Methods: This was a descriptive study on non-probability (purposive) sample of 100 undergraduate students from different colleges at the University of Baghdad from November 15, 2022 to May 20, 2023. In this study, we reported the design and synthesis of a potent pan-inhibitor for PRMTs that tethers a thioadenosine and various substituted guanidino groups through a propyl linker.
