Abstract

      The research aims to identify the mediator role of  workplace spirituality in the  relationship between psychological capital and entrepreneurial  behavior: field research to a sample opinions from employees at the center of the Iraqi ministry of Oil . The importance of the current research emerged from paucity of studies that have attempted to identify and know the nature of the relationship between the variables as well as trying to find the current address and realistic problem directly affects the performance of employees in the Iraqi oil sector.

The study aimed to identify the awareness level of hidden curriculum among field education students, College of Education, Hail University. To identify the different awareness level of hidden curriculum among field education students depending on specialization variable, and grade variable in curriculum and instruction course, a descriptive survey method was used. Objective: is to determine the level of awareness concerning the reproductive health among adolescent girls in
Baghdad City.
Methodology: A cross sectional study was performed in order to assess the level of awareness regarding reproductive
health among 180 adolescent school girls in the age 12-18 years from five secondary schools in Al-Seder Sector in
Baghdad city, the data was collected by direct interview using constructed questionnaire to obtain socio-demographic
characteristics and level of awareness related to reproductive health. The study started from September 2012 to

The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . One hundred and ninety four lecturers were involved in this study.
