Abstract
The current research aims to identify mental health and its role in promoting self-confidence and positive behavior of female university students. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach in this research. The researcher depended on the availability of sources and references, literature, and previous field studies to analyze and study all aspects related to mental health and its role in promoting self-confidence and positive behavior of university students and then expand its importance and identify the areas of mental health, self-confidence, positive behavior, and university. The second chapter included the concept of mental health, the importance of the study, the most important factors of health and psychological factors of deterioration and manifestations of mental health, the methods of strengthening, and the relationship of mental health with some positive factors of the personality that develops positive behavior. The third chapter included the presentation and clarification of the concept, importance of self-confidence and reasons of weakness and misconceptions about the role of education in strengthening, the role of mental health in promoting self-confidence, the development of positive behavior, and methods of development in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, the relationship of psychological theories of self-confidence and positive behavior. Finally, the researcher came out with a set of recommendations.
This paper aims to decide the best parameter estimation methods for the parameters of the Gumbel type-I distribution under the type-II censorship scheme. For this purpose, classical and Bayesian parameter estimation procedures are considered. The maximum likelihood estimators are used for the classical parameter estimation procedure. The asymptotic distributions of these estimators are also derived. It is not possible to obtain explicit solutions of Bayesian estimators. Therefore, Markov Chain Monte Carlo, and Lindley techniques are taken into account to estimate the unknown parameters. Utilizing content analysis, the two researchers employed the survey method to evaluate 674 digital photos posted by seven photojournalists specializing in this sporting event, which concluded with the Iraqi team's victory in the city of Basra.
