      تقوم فكرة البحث الحالي على افتراض مفاده ان الكف المعرفي لدى الاطفال يزداد مع التقدم بالعمر عبر مرحلة الطفولة الوسطى ،  وتسهم هذه الزيادة في فاعلية التحسن التطوري في اداء الذاكرة .
