The concept of equality in Islamic thought emanates from the unity of human entity that does not breach the concept of equality in itself and it should take differentiation among people as means for development and growth not as excuse for injustice and discrimination. Islamic thought has left all the prevailing norms of differentiation such as (weakness and strength, economic and social position, gender, color, and social class). Islamic thought has underscored the quality of people of different race, race, color, and language which was not familiar in those civilizations before the emergence of Islam such as (Egyptian, Persian, roman civilization). It was common to divide people into different social classes. The aim of Islam is to keep equality as the predominant criterion in dealing with people who have equal duties and rights and no one is better than others but in done activities.
The study problem is about the role of Shaqra University in building the mental image of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision among its female students. The study aims to examine the university’s role in providing information about the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, its role in shaping the vision’s image, the university’s role in the behavioral aspect of the vision, along with studying the extent of differences in answers of the sample individuals towards the study themes attributed to the personal variables. ... Show MoreThe current study aims to examine the level of cognitive management requirement among the governmental secondary schools' managers in al-hial province in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To do this, the author designed a questionnaire comprised (20) item which was applied on (250) managers included (113) manager hold bachelor degree and (137) manager hold master degree. To carry out this study, the researcher utilized the descriptive approach. The findings revealed that a high level of cognitive management requirements among secondary schools' managers as well as there is a significant difference at the (0.05) level regarding degree type, but there is no a significant difference according to gender variable.
